SeenHouse does not provide:

Property valuation advice
Investment advice

Any decisions you make (including property purchases) are your sole responsibility.

Keep your credentials confidential

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Security & Authentication

The Service may include:

Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

You are responsible for enabling appropriate security measures and safeguarding recovery codes and devices.

We are not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

By using the Service, you grant SeenHouse a licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

Upload malicious content
Misuse third-party data (e.g. estate agent details)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

8. Availability & Service Changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent storage of data.

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

9. Data Loss Disclaimer

While reasonable measures are taken, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data.

SeenHouse is not liable for data loss, corruption, or deletion.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties, including authentication providers and property listing sources.

We are not responsible for third-party availability or accuracy of imported data.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeenHouse shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Financial loss arising from property decisions
Loss of opportunity
Loss of data

Total liability is limited to the fees paid (if any) in the last 12 months.

12. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability.

13. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or your use poses risk to the platform.

You may delete your account at any time.

14. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, and branding remain the property of SeenHouse. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.
